Hilton Peachtree City Atlanta Hotel & Conference Center

My overall experience at this Hilton location was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. The room was clean although I found a pair of ear plugs near the bed. (See picture). The only downside was the little so-called frig was more like a cooler and barely kept my beverages cold but the ice machine was right across the hall. Also, there was no microwave in this room.

All in all good value for the area. A/C never really got cold and was working hard to bring down the temp to a comfortable 68. Both of our room keys got wiped while we were out which was a "common occurrence" according to the front desk. The employee failed to check IDs the three times we had to ask for new keys to rooms, which is a pretty big security risk since we could have asked for any room that wasn't ours. Great gym/pool area and everyone was nice.

We came into town for Valentines weekend. This hotel is a low key spot but close to everything! Athena was a great host! She made sure we had everything we needed and felt welcome. She absolutely deserves a raise for how above and beyond her customer service was. The room was vey clean. It was a Normal King size bed room with cute aesthetics. I loved the Ray portrait. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would book again.

Very nice and perfect for meetings. Meeting rooms is great. Staff is great and food is really good. Rooms are super clean as is the whole area.

Our stay was great. We were a little disappointed about the indoor pool being closed for renovations but it didn’t impact us much since it is winter in Georgia and knew the out door would be closed. When we checked in Jane was there and helped us and she was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us all the directions for the hotel and paces to check out locally. She even updated our reservation because I didn’t indicate I had my daughter with me so we got my full diamond status benefits. If you’re going to stay here make sure to tell Jane hi because she is awesome.

From the moment we arrived until we left, we had a great experience at this hotel. The employees were pleasant and professional, making us feel like valued guests. The room was clean and comfortable, including a coffee maker with supplies and bottles of water. The bathroom had something I rarely see in hotels: bright lights. The large mirror over the sink had built-in lighting, making it easy to apply makeup. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast buffet with many options including a chef to prepare special requests. For quick snacks, there were items you could purchase near check-in. If we go back to Peachtree City again, this will be the hotel we stay at.

Pretty alright experience, but a lot could be improved. Most of the issues are due to the older age of the building. Staff were very nice and there was some charm to the hotel, but some upgrades could be made to make the experience better. The bedding in the room was comfy and furniture / rooms did not feel dirty. The room unfortunately doesn’t come with a microwave (you can request one for an extra cost) nor does it include a fridge (you can request one for free if it is available). I also wish the bathroom had an air vent system (maybe I didn’t find the switch). And the towels were very scratchy. Amenities are a mixed bag. On a positive note, the hotel gym was huge and a lot of new equipment. Definitely the best amenity of the hotel. The outdoor space was beautiful, being in the Peachtree forest with a lot of balconies and seating. The outdoor hot tub was OK but a little dirty from leaves. The laundry room definitely needs an upgrade though. The laundry units are old and require quarters. They smell like they have been used a fair amount and appear old. The dryer goes way too hot, even on lower settings. Lastly I really liked the bar / restaurant. The staff were friendly and the food was good. The whole first floor feels very lively and was pleasant for a drink or dinner.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Peachtree City Atlanta Hotel & Conference Center from October 31st through November 3rd! From check-in to checkout, the service was exceptional and the staff truly made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Lela and Justin for their outstanding hospitality—both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And we can’t forget Ms. Francis, who makes the best omelets ever! Her warm smile and friendly energy were the perfect way to start each morning. If you’re looking for great drinks, please stop by and see Eva and Becky at the bar. Outstanding service and friendly. Eva made me a Tequila Old Fashion that was outstanding. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, but it’s the people who really set this Hilton apart. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
